1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and alibaba8, an online betting platform operating under international licensing ("Company" or "alibaba8").

By registering, accessing or using any part of the alibaba8 platform — including the website, mobile application or any services provided — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using our platform immediately.

alibaba8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any amendments will take effect upon being published on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. User Eligibility

3. Account Registration

7. User Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content found on the alibaba8 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, brand names and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of alibaba8 or its registered licensors.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, republish, sell or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from alibaba8. Use of alibaba8 logos or brand materials for third-party marketing or promotional purposes requires official approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

alibaba8 is not responsible for any loss, damage or claim arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting decisions, service disruptions or technical failures that are beyond alibaba8's reasonable control.

• alibaba8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors or delays
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses will not be compensated by alibaba8 under any circumstances
• alibaba8's maximum liability to any user will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user within the most recent thirty (30) days
• alibaba8 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence

10. Account Termination

Users may choose to close their account at any time by contacting the alibaba8 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all relevant conditions have been met, including the settlement of any pending transactions.

alibaba8 also reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Repeated misuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Providing false information during registration or verification

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be considered severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which continue to operate in full.
